EMUN Five Arrows Coinvestment Access

Investment strategy

  • EMUN Five Arrows Coinvestment Access is a structure providing access to the private co-investment programme of Five Arrows - the private markets division of international bank Rothschild & Co, which is the largest investor in the programme.
  • The fund aims to build a concentrated portfolio of 10 - 15 minority stakes in private companies in the key sectors of Healthcare & Education, Data & Software and B2B Services, with the potential for double-digit annualized appreciation. The fund invests exclusively in Western Europe and the United States.
  • The investment process is managed by an experienced team of 35 investment professionals with many years of asset management experience and assets under management in excess of EUR 5 billion. Five Arrows' investment platform relies on its collaboration with its own M&A advisory division, one of the strongest in the world, as well as a network of over 130 global private equity managers with whom it shares investment opportunities in private markets.
